Pricing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You pick a plan or you don't. We don't take a card up front, so nothing is charged automatically. Your setup and everything Rooster learned stay for 30 days in case you come back.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel from your account in one click. Yearly plans are a discount, not a lock-in: cancel and you're refunded for whole unused months.
What counts as a text?
One outbound message segment to one customer. Replies from customers are free. Review requests by text count; by email they don't.
Do I need to do the morning session every day?
No. Items wait. If you skip a few days, Rooster trims the list to what still matters and drops what's stale, like a post about last weekend.
What if I have two businesses, not two locations?
Two separate accounts, each on its own plan, or talk to us about Multi-location if they share a brand.
Can I pay with a card, or do you invoice?
Card by default. Yearly plans can be invoiced.
