How it works

Overnight it works. In the morning you decide.

Rooster is a daily routine, not a dashboard. Here's everything that happens between you going to bed and finishing your coffee.

Night

While you sleep

Every night Rooster reads what changed and drafts what needs doing. Nothing is sent. Everything is explained.

  • Reads the day's closed jobs, bookings and receipts from the tools you connected.
  • Checks Google, Instagram and Facebook for new reviews, comments and messages.
  • Compares your hours, prices and services across Google, your site and your records. Flags mismatches.
  • Picks who's due for a reminder, whose quote went quiet, who to ask for a review.
  • Drafts replies, posts, texts and questions. Checks every fact against your records. Discards anything that fails.
  • Ranks the list, caps it at what fits in fifteen minutes, and puts it on your phone.
Morning

Fifteen minutes, one thumb

Each item shows the draft, a one-line reason, and where the facts came from. Approve, edit, or skip. Ask a question if something's off.

  • Approve sends it on schedule. Edit sends your version and teaches Rooster for next time.
  • Skip means not now. Reject with a reason means never like this.
  • Questions are one tap: "Google says 9, site says 10. Which?"

Day

Then it ships and learns

Approved items go out at the right times. A few days later, Rooster checks what happened and adjusts.

  • Posts publish when your audience is usually around. Texts stay inside quiet hours.
  • Replies to your texts land in your feed or forward to your phone.
  • Your edits become rules. Change "we" to "I" three times and Rooster writes in first person from then on.
  • Results come back: which posts got attention, which reminders got a yes, which review requests landed.
Learned this week3 new
You sign replies "— Ray". Now default.
You never mention pricing in posts. Removed from drafts.
Tuesday 10am posts get twice the usual attention. Scheduling there.
Setup

Ten minutes, tonight

Most of what Rooster needs is already public. You correct, it remembers.

Tell us your business name and city

Rooster finds your Google profile, website and social accounts. You confirm each with a tap.

Watch it learn

It reads your reviews, your menu or services, your photos and past posts, and the businesses near you. About four minutes.

Fix what's wrong, answer five questions

You see a one-page summary of what it learned. Correct anything. Then: your goals, hard rules, who approves, and which channels to run.

Trust

Earned autonomy

Rooster starts by asking about everything. It only stops asking about a task type when you've approved that type cleanly, repeatedly, and told it to.

Level 0: tells you

Insights and questions. Nothing goes out.

Level 1: drafts

Every reply, post and text needs a tap. This is where everyone starts.

Level 2: schedules

Low-risk items go out unless you cancel. You opt in per type, after twenty clean approvals.

Level 3: runs

Only for types you choose, like five-star replies. A daily summary. One switch to go back.

Wake up to customers

Set up in ten minutes tonight. Tomorrow morning, your first six tasks are waiting for a tap.
